1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons, including:

  • Electrical and electronic components once opened or installed.

  • Custom or special order items.

  • Clearance or promotional sale products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling.

Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


5. Inspection & Approval

After we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
